We better re-sign 3TO.

I'd be relatively shocked if they didn't, but you never know. He may actually get a better offer.

Yeesh. I like Blalock, but he's often injured and played first base from August on. Plus, he banged it pretty good the last couple months of the year, enough that the Rangers should keep him.

Two name stick out to me. One is awesome and will be pretty cheap. The other sucks and may be somewhat expensive. I have a bad feeling the Brewers will keep the latter.

Btw, Brewers have a $3 mil 2009 option on Counsell.

I'd re-sign 3T0, and go make a push for Crede. He's oft-injured, but productive when healthy, and you can drop in bits and pieces of Gamel and 3T0 when his back flares up. That back will probably also make him relatively cheap.

And he's a defensive stud.

Blalock will be picked up. He is good trade bait, his name always gets thrown around.

I'd pass on Crede. He is marginally productive when healthy and is a terrible OBP guy.

3to?

3T0 = Russell Branyan.

Current all-time leader in PAs that result in one of the 3 True Outcomes.

Branyan.

Prado, Guillen, Blake and Vazquez.

Those are the names Melvin should be dangling Prince for.

Pipe Dream... but I've been thinking the Brewers might be able to work a deal for Prince and Weeks with the Yankees that includes Cano.

By the way....Glad I found you guys.

S'up Asok. It was tricky getting the word around after the Bar closed.

I'm not high on Cano myself, and if you could land one of their pitching prospects I'd be all for it. Prince would play well with the short porch (which I understand is being preserved) so who knows. I certainly won't be surprised if Fielder, Weeks, and Hardy are all gone in short order.

Cano makes the Brewers a worse team. Cano for Fielder makes the Brewers a much, much worse team.
