According to Tom H., the Brewers are going to sign Braden Looper.
I think this is a good move. Although, it says a lot about the state of the starting pitching situation if the addition of Braden Looper is a big improvement.

Good move. He's better than Suppan for sure, and possibly Bush, McClung and Parra.
Yeah, I'm OK with this but it depends on who gets bumped. If it's McClung, it's unknowable whether or not Looper improves the rotation because we don't know what McClung could have done with the job. If it's Suppan, then the rotation's definitely better.
Even if it's McClung, our bullpen and our depth will improve. It's an upgrade either way.
I cannot see them bumping Soup based on what he is going to be paid
My question is where are they finding the money I thought we were tapped out?
