The officiating crew can get bent.
Also, Alan Barbre and all of the receivers. Good lord.

I'm so sick of the NFL rules on illegal contact, defensive holding and pass interference I could vomit. Even worse than the rules themselves, is the absolute assanine way refs attempt to enforce them. Totally inconsistent, and almost inevitably one of those calls is made late in a game to change the way it unfolds. Had I been McCarthy or Al Harris and the Packers had ended up losing last night, I would have hard pressed not to run up to the ref after the game and choked the life out of him. Meanwhile, Aaron Kampman is getting hauled down to the turf by his face mask, and no one seems to see it.
It is certainly interesting for me to read this post. Thank you for it. I like such themes and everything that is connected to them. I definitely want to read more on that blog soon.

Best way to resolve that is to marginalize penalties. 5 yards and repeat the down. Unsportsmanlikes can still be 15.
Does anybody else hate punts out of bounds? Punters should be required to keep the ball inbounds just like kickoffs.
