No for one I did not watch the game spent day at gym and skate board park but I did see on my phone he missed not one but two field goals in my book that is 6 points. Yes I am sure there were a million other reasons they lost but in the end their kicker missed two field goals and they lost by 3 :)
One of those was 53 yards. The injury bug has really got them now. I'm hearing Finley is done. Terrible, costly game. We could conceivably see Flynn to quarles next week.
Not sure where you heard that, but everything I have heard is that he has a knee sprain and is day-to-day. Aaron Nagler tweeted that he was done for the season and Finley's wife went nuts! Funny stuff.
Heh. Just early twitter stuff. "Heard a pop", "on crutches", etc.
Now it sounds like his ligaments are all still there, but that one popped out of place. On the one hand that's good because he'll likely be back quickly. On the other hand, that's the kind of injury that can pop up again at any given moment.
I am more worried about Matthews hammy that could linger all season or worse let loose and end his season. right now 8-8 is looking pretty good when do the Bucks start
The Packers become a very mediocre football team when Brady Poppinga and AJ Hawk play a lot, the receivers don't receive, Mathews and Finley are on the bench, the referees hate them and they dislike their running game so much that they barely employ it.
Speaking of which, 13 rushes, 46 passes: why? Even if you toss out the 71-yard outlier, their RBs still gained 56 yards in 12 carries for 4.7 a pop. Don't get why they didn't run more.
Isn't Mason Crosby just great? Sigh
ReplyDeleteReally? Your take away from this game is that Crosby isn't good?

Because Mike McCarthy thinks running is for pussies.
