I've been looking all over the place, but I can't seem to find the rule that requires managers to leave in the pitcher who loaded the bases in late, tied ballgames.
If someone could point me to that rule, it'd be much appreciated. I hear Carlos Villanueva, who has thrown a mere 29 pitches in the last week, was also looking for that passage.
