Both teams are off Monday, and if the Saturday and Sunday games are cancled due to the hurricane, they're supposed to have a doubleheader on Monday. But what if they can't have it in Houston? Now, it's extremely unlikely that they'd come all the way up here since there are plenty of stadiums out of the hurricane's path and a roof isn't really what's needed this time around, and the visiting team's fanbase would be just 90 miles away. But Miller Park does have a history of being a neutral site, and the Brewers are still on the road, and Selig seems to like Miller park as a neutral site, and the games would sell out, albeit mostly with Cubs fans.

So, if there was a doubleheader between the Astros and the Cubs here, would you go? Who would you cheer for? Or, rather, who would you cheer against more loudly?DannyNoonanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12965127114354857721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1413451422114161954.post-41687055482311780212008-09-11T09:09:00.000-05:002008-09-11T09:09:00.000-05:00I think the best case scenario for that game is fo...I think the best case scenario for that game is for Hurricane Ike to carry both teams to Oz.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1413451422114161954.post-36610092262818394222008-09-11T07:57:00.000-05:002008-09-11T07:57:00.000-05:00Also keep in mind that the Cubs play the 'Stros th...Also keep in mind that the Cubs play the 'Stros this weekend.PaulNoonanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01600099270280639424noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1413451422114161954.post-80187443293482039692008-09-11T07:55:00.000-05:002008-09-11T07:55:00.000-05:00Weird.
