I'm on a brake during a deposition in the San Francisco Bay area on the day the Brewers are scheduled to play their season opener. From where I'm sitting, it doesn't look good. There's talk of moving today's game to tomorrow for a day-night double-header. As I mentioned before, this would actually be good for me since I'd probably be able to catch all three games of the series instead of just the second and third. I'm not sure that's worth the price of waiting one more day for meaningful baseball though.
If you're looking for a good series preview, check out the Junkball Blues. Basically we got old vs. young, then young vs. old, then young vs. young. The Giants have a good top of the rotation and it'll be a good test for the Brewers.
Need a place to pre-game before the home opener? OnMilwaukee.com has a guide to Brewer bars.
I mentioned yesterday that my friend Amanda made Sportcenter dunking at the Bucks game. Here's the video.
That's all I got for now. Back to work.
Go Brewers.

That's the bar you want.
Cool. I like the name and that it's a brew pub. Probably close enough to the stadium to wait out the storm too.
Nah, the Brew pub you want is the Toronado. It's on Haight so you'll have to wade through some little heroin-addled fucks from Shorewood or River Hills, asking you for quarters. Please tell them to get a fucking job or return their dim-witted asses to University School, or Vassar, or to whichever institution their equally misguided parents are sending their fortunes.
But since they are from here, be sure to shout the score out into the street every coupla innings. That would be nice.
